I dont condone the use of performance enhancing drugs whilst they remain illegal but on thing my Grandad always used to say when watchin the olympics, that made me giggle was "Oh let'em take what the bloody hell they want and lets see how chuffin fast they can go".

I firmly believe the fight will go ahead with or without the testing but if it does, whoever wins, will there always be an asterisk next to the supposed biggest superfight of all time?

That was always kind of my stance on the whole issue as well.

If they want to take all them damn roids, let em, let's see how big and fast they can get, then the real entertainment starts.

Quite possibly yeah, if they don't do the random tests, & Pacquiao wins, you just know the Mayweather camp will cry foul.

there are so many intangibles though. some athletes may not want to take them. do you make a seperate organisation for the roiders. if so what's to stop the roiders from still trying to hide out in the clean side of the sport? Would be an interesting spectacle. Imagine the 100meters done if 2 seconds flat haha

Yes lets make it a drugs contest to see who can take the most drugs and who can die of liver or heart failure in their early 40s, GREAT IDEA :patsch

Steroids should be legal... and so should plaster. It would make fights a hell of alot more exciting.

Dont be a ****** al your life man. i was quoting a 70 year old bloke who knows little about the drugs and there effects so grow up you tart.

If you bother to read my follow up you will see my arguement against not to mention i said i dont condone it.

Typical ESB worm, read what you wanna read into something not actually what is written. Tut Tut

No. And for the simple reason the dim bulbs and rubes who all are convinced Pac is guilty or hiding don't speak for most people. Those are mostly stupid kids anyway, or not educated enough to know better. In fact, they represent a minority.

The polls.... seemingly most boxers asked about it...most articles... they all agree Floyd is the cause for this cluster****.

Regardless of who initiates the discussion, i just feel there will always be one when the fight is mentioned. That is the asterix which i am referring to.

No more then any other controversial decision we've had or the fan-man incident. This is a little blip, not a major road block.

Because of who both of the fighters are and the hype this is generating. Depending on the outcome and fashion of it., not to mention the court room battle... It could be a mudslinging fest for some time to come
