They should not. It's never done in Pro Cycling nor any other endurance sport afaik. It's usually done right after the end of the race.

 

Rules state the facial hair can't be more than a 1/4 inch I think. It isn't padding a damn thing though, unless you got that Kimbo Slice type ruffrage going on.

 

RE the RBT- I have been thinking exactly the same and will not be surprised if we hear something about this in the last mins before the fight or if it even potentially delays the fight!! Floyd is trying every trick he can to unsettle Pacquiao because he is obviously worried!!

 

Honestly, I don't think that would help Floyd at all. It would just make Pac even more determined. I actually hope they do test him for that very reason.

 

Typical Mayweather bs. Always wanna have the last say, make the other guy do his bidding. Pac should just laugh and enter the ring on time, with his beard and his gloves.
