    I love to watch old videos of Dempsey and I believe he would've beat Wills, but Wills would've been The Ring champ if it was around in 1919. He was the 2nd best HW and won against the 3rd best, IMO.

    Oh yeah, some undisciplined, overrated slacker took out a white goof trooper cowhand, also, in perhaps the second most important bout of the day.

    Actually, a correction is in order. The Dempsey fight was the 3rd most important heavyweight bout of the day as Greb defeated Brennan over 15 in Oklahoma.
