Mundine was lucky he faced a Mosley with one foot in the pugilistic grave.

Prime Mosley would have shattered Mudine's fragile glass jaw within a round, two tops.

A few Mosley overhand rights had Mundine close to another early night. Mundine had some very nice skills but that chin…tough to completely protect a faberge egg throughout a fight which I guess is a testament to his skills in the fights he won against decent punchers.

If he had a amateur career and never played league he really could've been something special in boxing.

Katsidis was a warrior and a bad mother ****er he was unlucky not to capture a world title he was in a pretty strong era of lightweights. Like Kambosos he is Aussie with Greek heritage a fight between them prime for prime would be a classic Aussie war New South Wales v Queensland. Both are tough AF I think George is quicker but Mick had more power.

Mundine was trash. Lol at celebrating a win over a 50 year old Mosley who was way smaller.

Mundine was a 3 to 1 underdog and 38 years old himself at the time.

    Trash?
According to Kessler and Ottke they both agreed that he had the best jab they ever faced.

    BEST JAB
    Anthony Mundine:
I would say in my last fight it was Froch, he had a good jab. Joe Calzaghe had a good jab. But Anthony Mundine had the best jab. He was smart with how he used it.

    BEST JAB
ANTHONY MUNDINE: He was giving me the hardest time in the ring. We were very surprised by Mundine’s jab. We only had two or three fights of him and you couldn’t really tell that he had such a great jab. I had to find that out in the ring. He was much better than we thought.

Melbourne is the biggest Greek city in the world outside of Greece. And by a significant margin. In fact, it’s the 3rd biggest “Greek” city in the world behind Athens and Thessaloniki. Sydney also has a huge Greek population.

Anthony Mundine is one my least favorite fighters. His fight against Kessler is one of the most negative performances I've seen.

I know you're an Aussie but this win shouldn't be celebrated he beat a washed up fighter way above his best weightclass.

Mundine also tried to pick on another washed up fighter above his best weightclass in Clottey who sent him to the canvas almost half a dozen times which is karma to be quite honest.

Mundine had talent but he fell short of the very best around his weightclass if you want to celebrate a performance his stoppage vs Soliman was good as was his brave performance vs Kessler.
