Povetkin should be in the top 10 of the most skilled HW boxers of this century.

And Wilder... Umm... Not in the top 100, probably

Effective up to a point, but not skilled.

The punch that sent both Whyte and Aydamn into the shadow realm.

It just never made sense to me. He already starched him, why give Whyte another chance? And the guy was in hospital for over a month not long before the 2nd fight.

People joke but covid is not a joke. Those first few variants were seriously dangerous. The virus has become much milder now that's evolved and adapted (for those that don't know, viruses seek to EXIST since they need a host and so they often tradeoff dangerous symptoms for increased infectiousness...seen in pretty much every virus ever), but even now people can still get a bad case from time to time.

Then Fury went and repeated it.

I know Whyte beat a covid addled old man Pov in the rematch but this was an absolute career ender for old Dil. He had serious momentum going into this fight and was never the same after getting sparked in Eddie's back garden.

This was the best uppercut ever thrown, I'm surprised Fury lived on to fight another day.

What a beauty. On par with Jersey Joe Walcott walking uppercut against Charles.

I remember this fight vividly, I was watching on my phone, badly struggling to stay awake.

Whyte dropped him twice in the 4th round and I said, “yep, as we expected, Whyte feasting on the remains of a shot fighter who would have destroyed him years ago”

I considered turning it off and going to sleep right there but I figured I might as well stay awake for the finish. I’m glad I did.

Oh boy, more overhyping the useless POS that was POV. Cool.

Tell me one other HW who sat at the top tens for over a decade before giving his balls a tug and then failed more miserably than any who came prior but gets praised for it all the same.

Dude's a gatekeeper who left the gate wide open and was praised for it.

Dude had an incredibly managed career, but somehow gets known for taking on challenges.

It's real ****ing hard to nope out of title fights, wait for some jabroni who debuted in boxing after you became a top ten to go fight the champion, get exposed, and then you fight them. Terrific ****ing guy who isn't at all partially to blame for Wlad's **** poor resume.

Yet still has a better resume than Wilder and certainly didn't receive as much hype
