good day guys, i'd just like to know what are the difference with these gloves. also, what are the differenve if i use sparring gloves on a punching bag or if i use a bag gloves on sparring and etc.
Some people feel they need different gloves. The lighter gloves are for the bag and the heavy gloves for sparring. I have never understood why people use the bag gloves. My gloves are usually 16 or 18 oz.
