On what basis do people rank Crawford so highly pfp???

It's normal to thing that ESPN is biased because Bud is their fighter, but The Ring and the TBRB have no reason to be biased in favour of him and both have him at #2.

 

One thing is discussing, another is is convincing. I enjoy talking about boxing. I dont care about if you are convinced or not. I just said what it is, that's all, if you dont want to believe it, well, ok.

EDIT: btw that "prospect who never delivered" came from winning to salido, and now that he's completely wasted and out of his peak, this "prospect who never delivered" is winning to the same oposition that, since most of you, makes lomachenko atg. As I said, there's no way you, people, can be fair to crawford, it's simply the mayweather syndrome. You need to be really good to suffer from the mayweather syndrome, really good.

 

Canelo has fought infinitely better competition.

For example a top 3 Crawford win, is Amir Khan. That's not even in Canelo's top 5

 

He's clearly a very good fighter but he was a weight bully for most of his career who cleared out weaker divisions filled smaller men and maybe only 1 guy Gamboa was highly regarded and considered top 10 p4p. His career has stalled now that he's in a division with tough fights and even the belt he took was from a complete joke of a fighter who never deserved to be a champion to begin with. He needs to fight to Spence/Porter winner and if he does AND wins hes almost certainly the best fighter in the sport.

I was sctually going to make this same thread. It also applies to Spence. Both guys have great skills but neither have proven themselves and do not deserve to be on the p4p list. You are not going to find a list of fighters that justify their rankings because they do not exist

 

Check his record and if you know anything about boxing you should be able to comprehend he fought slightly better opposition than bud.

 

Out of what seems to be the consensus top 5 (Loma, Crawford, Canelo, Usyk, Inoue) only Canelo has an A class win. Crawfords quality of wins is no lesser than any of the remaining top 5.

Which ten guys are you putting ahead of Crawford on your p4p list?

 

I really do think that a lot of people that madly dont want him to be top 3 p4p, prefer guys like Loma, Usyk, Canelo or Fury about him for a reason....

 

Loma #1 , Bud # 2

 

He's fought absolutely nobody.​

 

Both interchangeable for me depending on the year they have.Also Usyk could upset both if he does well at heavyweight.
