I really don't want to get into this same ****ing conversation with you. We already discussed this a week ago. It's going to be a 2 hour shitstorm
This just goes to show that if i fighter really wants to make a fight happen they can. All the crap about i fight who my promoter puts infront of me bull is just an excuse!
floyd is scared to lose regardless of the opponent if theres a chance he may lose then floyd wont make the fight
Come on guys! Why won't you accept that floyd will only fight fights where he is a huge favourite to win. Alvarez is the most lucrative fight out there, but he has a great chance of beating floyd which is why this fight isn't being made. Thats the Be-All and End-All. Stop Spinning it. Floyd Alvarez makes more money than Floyd Guerrero. Everyones with Goldenboy, so there's no TR argument. The only reason its not being made is because Guerrero is a much easier fight than Alvarez. Why is everyone trying to spin this. Call a Spade a Spade. And it doesn't make me a Hater saying this. As a Boxing Fan, its my right to request the competitive fights. Oscar De La Hoya was differant, He'd fight the fights that made the most money too, but if that fight was also the biggest test out there, then he'd have made the fight!
what now, pussies !!!!!!!!!!!!! I TOLD Y'ALL !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! MEXICANS ALWAYS SAVE THE DAY......
Getting completely outboxed by a guy you have 20+ pounds on, saves boxing? Well I guess Ortiz saved boxing against Mayweather.r
Props for making the fight, because he surely didn't HAVE to face Trout at this time. But let's not get carried away, he's doing what he should have done.
ya..but it's rare nowadays when fighters actually do that.....reason why i'm giving him and jr props...they didnt have to take on martinez/trout...but they wanna prove they can compete, or beat the best.....while welterweight p4p'ers are fighting ex 126 pounders euro bums only fighting across the pond... olympic stars still fighting bums 4 years later nonito still fighting grandpas etc etc you get the picture
Canelo is a champ and the only ranked fighter he has faced was Rhodes. About time he took a decent opponent...I'd say he saved face rather than "saved boxing".
It is rare, and it's a good thing he's doing it. But one fight he should have taken isn't going to 'save boxing'.
