i hope we see the end of exhorbitant ppv and boxing will do away with exclusive drug tests, disregarding mandatories, fighting only in vegas, dictation of glove and ring sizes, and other unfair practices. i hope we see a true cleaning of the sport with transparency in all compliances for fair play. good for the sport.

Absolutely untrue Most people dislike Floyd because he is basically a cowardly , obnoxious, woman beating, cherry picking & over all a POS. He just happens to have been given incredible God Given boxing talents. Talents that really could have made him an ATG & one of TBE. But he could never shake the street punk image & lacked the cojones to ever really be an ATG:hi:

I'd have thought you would be embarrassed as a supposed boxing fan to keep putting up that 118-110 obviously BOUGHT scorecard No one really believes Moretti really saw that fight that way
Just goes to prove that you Flo Mos DKSAB & I'm not joking saying that

The only hate I had for Floyd is because of his personality and what he's done outside the ring and the way he acts.

As far as his boxing goes I've always been a pac fan so I've always believed that pac would do 'this and that' and would destroy Floyd and in the end he did nothing. Not even so much as a scratch! Didn't even make Floyd sweat! After the fight I took off my hat and I bowed to him, he truly is one of the greatest ever and man boxing won't be the same when he retires.

He is cancer to the sport so it will be good riddance. He has made boxing into more of a joke.

What has he "done for boxing," you imbecile???

He got an entire country interested in an event where his own father called him a coward.

How is that good for the sport???

If anything, his extreme cowardice, displayed on television, desperately hurt boxing, hurt the earning power of current boxers, and is the reason why Haymon's plight will result in failure.

Mayeather did the sport very few favors. He gained attention by things he did outside the ring, not things he did in it.

Has less to do with that
& more to do with his safety first fighting style
Makes more haters then fans that's for sure
Especially when talking a gang of **** pre fight then putting people to sleep during fight.
I'm not a fan but I do respect his boxing ability & money making schemes.

If you claim you're the best ever but don't fight the best you're considered a joke.

See, Floyd ruins boxing from every standpoint. When he leaves, Boxing will revive.

His PPV rubbish will be ignored, as we have free boxing for all.

I'd agree with this, he definitely could have gone further if he'd taken on Martinez and Golovkin, crazy challenges but that's what a Roberto Duran aimed for. If he'd lost the decision to Castillo maybe he would've strove for these lofty shores, he's had a phenomenal career but it could've been better, if you hold him to such massive expectations.

I would've liked Pacquiao trilogy earlier but we all know how complicated that story is, I believe Manny wins 1 out of 3 times if he doesn't come in with that farcical strategy in all three fights. Fighting Pacquiao three times and losing once, that's nothing, having three fights with someone like that really enhances a resume. Even if he fought GGG and got KO'd in 6, being competitive with him would colour his cv for me.
