    This is a topic about TODAY's training.
    Here you can write what you trained today, as I will do.
    You can ask questions about training, and I'm somewhat familiar with that.
    I just came back from jogging, and the sweat is drying on me.
    First I ran 400m easy to warm up.
    Then I ran with a 5.5lb weight in each hand for about 400m.
    Then I ran 400m with an 11lbs weight in each hand.
    Then I ran with a 5.5lb weight in each hand for about 400m.
    And in the end I ran about 800m, and the terrain was uphill.
    For a 50-year-old person, and considering that I'm just getting back into training - I'm satisfied.
    Just to persevere in training.

    Then I ran with a 5.5lb weight in each hand for about 800m, and the terrain was uphill.
    And at the end I ran another 400m uphill.

    I would like to hear your daily routine, because I assume you train something, if training is not a secret.
    I guess I'm behind your training right now.
    And we're both behind on this:
    50 jumps in 10 seconds
    29,449 push-ups in 24 hours

    After a day of rest, because I needed a break...

    First I ran 400m easy to warm up.
    Then I ran with a 5.5lb weight in each hand for about 400m.
    Then I ran 400m with an 11lbs weight in each hand.
    Then I ran with a 5.5lb weight in each hand for about 1.200m, and the terrain was uphill.
