Once Povetkin retires Rahman should he throw his WBA belt in the bin and face Vitali?

    I think he should. Against Wlad he has about a 40% chance of winning and on top of that he has the chance of the KO too but against Vitali I make "iron chin" Povetkin a slight favourite. I would say the odds are 55% in his favour against Vitali and he beats him on points.

    Had Povetkin won the lottery like Chisora did and have Vitali injury his left shoulder again early in the fight than he will capitalize on that and probably stop old Vitali for the first time. One thing is for sure he will certainly do far more than Derrick did with his pathetic performance where he lost almost every round against a one armed dinosaur.

    I suspect Vitali would take this super fight as well which is the biggest fight in the sport since Lewis Lennox fought.

    Should Povetkin target Vitali in a unification bout rather than Wlad?

    So the Klitschko brothers cleam up the division and have ALL the belts. ANd yet WBA have a sh1tty paper belt. Boxing makes me sick sometimes.

    After what I saw last weekend, I think it's open question if Povetkin even gets past Rahman.

    Yeah cos Povetkin has a 1% chance of winning VS 40 Year OLD VITLAY, But a 0.5% chance VS PRIME WALDO. :lol:

    Why fight Rahman? Why not just throw it in the trash now? But, yeah, he should and every other boxer should throw away their belts. They don't mean anything.
