One armed pull/chin ups?

    On the lat pulldown machine with the 'muscle-up grip' shown in your first vid, I managed one rep on 45kg. :lol: As I weigh almost twice that, I've got some work to do.

    Dips and pullups are relatively comfortable, it's the transition between the two movements that I struggle with.
