Because classes by definition are stupid things newcomers to the sport go by. Simply because they don't understand or follow all the little intangible factors that go into boxing.

looks like a pretty good list to me, everybody elses resume looks basically the same. You can't fight a top 5 fighter all the time, How good your opponents are always debatable. Look at Margaritos opponents. Cotto, was about the best he ever fought. Clottey is pretty good, but we have yet to see him in with whole bunch of top fighters, Cintron is in most peoples eyes overrated, Cotto and Mayweather have basically fought the same kind of oppositon. So you can't really honestly say that people always fight tough tough competition. Especially with money playing a large factor on why people fight.
I see only eighteen bums. Three fringe contenders. Eighteen Top10 contenders (in a list that includes many beltholders and very notable fighters).
