Adamek is the only good win but you cant deny that he was way dehydrated at that time. I'm not saying that all what Dawson did was bad or insignificant but I'm saying that he became #1 LHW with the easiest possible way. As Diaconu .. it props for Pascal he was the one who proved that Diaconu is not the main player ... Dawson was the one who run away ...

Pacman didnt prove anything at welterweight. He beat Cotto at 145, not at 147. Mosley or PBF are the best at that weight.

HW - Vitali Klitschko, i'm giving Haye a punchers chance against him if they fight.
CW - Cunningham.
LHW - Dawson, Hopkins is avoiding him like the plague.
SMW - All have a lot to prove at the minute, the next 2-3 years we will see the best emerge.
MW - Pavlik, but like some people have already said, he needs a big bout soon.
JMW - Williams, has the potential to dominate division for years.
WW - At the minute Mosley, but there are a good few bouts over the next year, and im sure this division will be shaken up a bit. (Mayweather has the potential to dominate this division, but he needs some defining bouts.)
JWW - Bradley, on the basis Pacquiao is now 147lbs for good. Although I believe Bradley would give Pacquiao a lot of problems.
LW - Marquez, assuming he moves back down. Other than that, no clear No. 1 at the minute.

 

Just saying if there was 1 belt per weightclass I think Khan would be champ, but feel free to disagree
