    I think this forum is very good at looking at fighters styles and skills and assessing them.

    Now we talk about other aspects of the greats from skills to resume's to what could of been. Topic is...

    Fighters Good or Great that lacked a part of there game/skillset?. What was it and why did it hold them back from greater things?

    Could be anything from skills to the mental side of things. A fighter who just never developed the footwork. Cost him major fights, a poor defence. Anything...

    Discuss :good

    Oh and ....I know we'll get 'Floyd Mayweather no heart' etc etc. Might as well get that one out of the way.

    Talking of Junior he said that he kept it very simple beating Barrera. Said his guard was easy to penetrate with straight punches so just kept his shots straight all night.

    I'm not debating it, i just know people will come in thread and start that stuff. No heart/balls, chicken **** all that stuff. So rather put it out there and move on to serious debate.

    Mayweather's biggest problem is a lack of desire, rather than bottle.

    Though I do think he's always been scared of what people would think about him if he ever lost, which has influenced his decision making and certainly lowered his standing amongst the boxing community.
