Pacquiao had the better sparring sessions. Imagine sparring with Shawn Porter (main sparring partner), Urbano Antillon, Jose Luis Castillo, Rashad Holloway and some others. Most of them are big guys, bigger than Pacquiao.

While Cotto was sparring with generally smaller guys in Tukes, Abril and Gato.

Whoa! Look at the size difference between Porter and Pacquiao.

I only said it's "one factor". There's so many factors in the Pacquiao victory like for example his much superior speed and his awkward angles.

Which weight would Cotto be ok at?

We know he's fine at 146, but apparantly weight drained at 145.

Would he be alright at 145.5? 145.4? Where's the line?

Take from their own words. They underestimated Pacman's power and Cotto said he couldn't see the punches coming.

 Pac was the superior fighter end of story. Weight had nothing to do with this at all. Cotto looked excellent at 145.
