I don't actually think Perez is packing Cuban glass like 99% of his countrymen are. The Irish are known to have pretty stout beards and I think all the time he's spent living over in Ireland has toughened his up a bit. His still packing Cuban glass but there's a thin layer of Irish steel surrounding it.

Not saying Povetkin is close to Hearns and Perez anything like Duran, but these things do happen.
I would wait for more evidence.

True. But somehow I think that Perez's beard is going to be shown to be like Hearns than Duran

Perez said, he wanted fo the fight to last longer but is happy with the win. He said he can win a word title at the cruiserweight and the heavyweight with his new attitude towards boxing.Perez also said, watch out other cruiserweights I am coming!
Eddie Hearn said, he will keep Perez active.According to Hearn, Perez will be back in 2 to 3 weeks in Newcastle at the O2.Hearn thinks Perez can be a force in a cruiserweight division.Hearn said, Perez's story needs to be told and thinks Perez has a great future ahead of him.

    Fight's on YT.

No point even watching it let alone posting it.

Right hook, opponent goes down and injures his leg during the fall.

Lol! This poll backfired on Perez :D And rightfully so. He'll be a good little tuneup and gatekeeper for guys like Usyk, Dmitry, Breidis and many HW's if he fights there.

You think all of them will still be top dogs by the time Perez gets to them?

Perez knocks Povetkin clean out in a rematch. He entered that fight drunk.

Deontay Wilder must be pissed off by the fact he did not face Viktor Biscak earlier. Biscak was undefeated and an ideal candidate to pad his record even further.

I haven't watched it or read about it yet, but if the fight lasted more than 2 rounds, Perez is worth no one's attention.

Edit: Well, it lasted 29 seconds. Whatever. I'll say the inverse isn't true though.

I think with his new physique he should stick to cruiserweight. In good shape he's not more than 220 at heavyweight and I don't a guy that size beating Joshua. While he could hold up to the power of even a monster punching Kudryashov. And he certainly has the skill and sharp punching to beat Kurdyashov. I only randomly thought of it, but that would sure be a great matchup.
