I'm seek and tired of kebord warriores who pisses on fighters with a loss.
All boxers in top 100 deserve ours respect, why all the hate?
I think a lot of guys maybee have a little ***** and therefore try to make it bigger by throwing dirt on the losers. Am i wrong?

I'm sure you've got some form of point, but reading that hurt my brain.

Its partly the way of modern sports, we build these guys up to seem like superheroes and then when they lose we feel stupid and betrayed for having believed in them.

But there is no doubt the annonimity of the web allows people to talk **** without fear of retribution.

How about as a first step you all have to follow my lead and use a pic of yourself as your av ?

this is one of the things hurting boxing. Everyone's so afraid of failure. You've got promoters sheltering prospects up unto their 30's. Its like what does that even do for you as a fighter?? Thats one of the few things I admire about UFC. Randy Coter is 40 years old and he lost his last 2 fights but he's headlining their next event.

The guys in the top 100 deserve reverance. Anybody in the top 500 deserves respect, however there will always be haters my friend.

That was probably the most unfunny thing I've ever read.

No they don't. I respect anyone who steps in the ring and give's it their all, but that's the key: They have to give it their all. Fighters who don't train their hardest, who come in fat, who take dives, fighter's who cheat... they do not get my respect.

Thats it in a nutshell. The price for failure seems to be way too high.
On the otherhand its nice to see a decent fighter like Jermain Taylor being given another chance in the super 6.

Some of the old greats had quite a few losses, even early in their careers and against journeymen. The bottom line is, if you fight a lot, and if you fight good opposition, you're gonna lose some. Being undefeated doesn't automatically mean you're a great fighter, likewise, having some losses on you're record doesn't imply that you aren't.

Very true. If history goes soley by a boxers record, we wouldn't have any boxing legends besides Marciano.

All the ATG's (the only exception being Marciano) had losses.
