bob arum is now trying to sue Mayweather Promotions CEO Leonard Ellerbe over all that crap involving Gamboa.
i dont see how anyone can bother caring about this fight anymore... that is until the ppv is actually set even so, we all know the outcome
:deal Mayweather by UD if PAC tried to not emberass himself by being agressive. Mayweather TKO if PAC goes balls out and comes at him super agressive... seeing as he was not even able to be agressive with a 40 year old LW, I doubt he is gonna do it to masterful DR. Like Mayweather... Easy money.. to much hype in this fight... Arum made a lot of believers with his promoting... but he won't feed PAC to the wolves until he has milked pac for all he's worth.
Pac did lose in Marquez III. However, Bob Arum saved Pac's hide with a blatant gift decision. :verysad Arum should make it before Pac loses again.
If this was anyone other that that pillar of integrity Bob Arum,I'd think this was another tactic to dodge or delay the inevitable. But Bobby would never do that.
Then you have the fact that Floyd just recently kept harping on PED's heavily in interviews. I'm surprised he's not more careful, I suppose the defamation suit is kind of irrelevant at this point.
Rightfully so, if he has a tortious interference of contract claim, and solid evidence to believe so, he SHOULD be suing him. . . That's the way **** goes today - the only way you can get justice is through the court systems. . . As far as the defamation of character lawsuit against Floyd, that's ANOTHER completely justified lawsuit. . You can't just go around accusing high profile athletes of using PEDs? MOREOVER, all Pacquiao wanted was an apology, and a statement from the Mayweathers detracting their previous comments; however, they refused, very arrogantly, and insultingly, I might add, so the lawsuit was not dropped. . In the end, Floyd is going to be paying Pacquiao a pretty penny. . . The court of law should always be used as a last resort, and in this situation, I have to side with Arum. . . Now, if he doesn't have sufficient evidence to move forward with the claim, it will be dismissed, or summary judgement ruled in favor of Ellerbe.
