Is a bum in reality who can't even beat Jessie Vargas. Wow. amazing how quick his stock dropped and he found his level. 4 vacant 'World titles' embarrassing to call himself a 4 weight champ in 4 divisions when he was never 'the man' in any of them.
Bums dont earn millions and perform on a world class level. Yes, his belts are a joke and for a "great" fighter, he has a weak resume, but by no means is he a bum. And Vargas is no slouch. He, just like Broner, has benefited from some favorable decisions, but he is still a world class boxer.
He's borderline world class, when you scrape the bottom of the barrel of world class he's what you get, he's basically slightly better than a gate keeper. Had he not been so hyped early on we'd probably be kinder on him but fact is he fell flat when he stepped up big time.
