Do you think? I think Chris is a good man and I guess a good husband and son, a trully God fearing man, and a slick southpaw who built himself from MW and the highlights of his career were first to have beaten Vitali for the WBO title and secondly having outworked a faded but still brave Evander Holyfield for the IBF title. Many times people have used the terms in which some old timers must go so that the new generation strives and raises. This is just one of those moments. Personally there are moments which hit you where some say feelings grow and for me the Joe Louis fall to the hands of Rocky Marciano was one but not the only moment of sad ending of an illustrous career.

Pac-morales 3 : a pastprime weight drained mexican warrior gets knocked down... Blankly looks at hes corner and shakes hes head...

Morales... The legendary warrior who always brang
Excitement and pride into the ring symbolising for me what boxin is all about suddenly looks up at hes father in hes corner like an 6 year old who just fell off hes push bike...

Ali's last few fights. Tough to top that barring somebody getting a terrible brain injury or killed.

Tyson is so much more than Lennox ever will be, it killed me to see Tyson have to fight to pay the IRS after he was so washed up.

It's like having a Ferrari with 3 wheels and having to race a Toyota Carolla.

You know that if it was in its prime it would be no contest.. but you get humiliated by the damn Carolla and Toyota fans come out of the woodwork talking about how dominant Toyota is.

A recent one for me was watching Helenius-Liakhovich. It seemed Sergei was going to pull off a big upset when I was sure he'd get brutally stopped before the fight, then suddenly the momentum turned and he did end up getting brutally stopped. I hated watching the slow motion replay, I was whincing with every shot
