If you could choose one fighter from the past to be around today, inthere prime, who would it be?

Personally, I would choose Mike Tyson even though there is limited competitive fights for him (only the Klitschkos) it would still be entertaining to watch him kncko the top 10 contenders (Haye, Arreola, Helenius e.t.c) out in the vicious fashion he did.

    Marvin "Iron Chinned Warrior" Hagler

Also if Hearns were around today he would dominate 147-160 seeing as how his only weakness was a shaky chin and there are no real devastating punchers around today at those weights.

    Heavyweight: Tyson
    175: Dwight Muhammad Qawi
    168: Prime RJJ
    160: Hagler
    154: Mike McCallum
    147: DLH
    140: Pryor
    135: Duran
    130: Arguello
    126: Hamed
    122: Wilfredo Gomez

Any of those make me a happy fan. Probably DLH Pryor or Duran is who I'd most want to see. Especially DLH, because he'd fight anyone.

    Either

Duran, he'd meet Marquez at LW, maybe stop off at 140 to destroy Khan, then to 147lbs, where he must land a fight with Mayweather, Pacquaio, or maybe Cotto.

Calzaghe, add him to SMW and we have multiple brilliant matchups.

Lennox Lewis, size and skill to break the Klitschko monopoly.

    Hearns.

He could unify 147, then 154, then 160, then 168 and maybe even see whats going on at 175.

You know who else would be exciting espeically around 140-47 Aaron Pryor imagine a fight between him and Pacquiao good lord.

Good choices:good but, even though I tend to shamelessly nuthug Hagler, I would have to pick Aaron Pryor just because Pryor/Mayweather is the most intriguing matchup I can think of with today's competion.

Joe Walcott, so I could finally see that ******* fight. A 5'2 Welterweight running around and knocking the **** out of people? Crazy awesome.

Other than that, I actually think Pryor's a really good call. He could compete anywhere from 135-147 and he's absolutely good enough to compete with anyone (Pac & Floyd included) but not too good that he'd just dominate. Would always be in fun fights, too.
