This ad was made a while ago, credit to Green for using his own money to make the ad. Its been highlighted due to the latest tragedy regarding a guy in Sydney who was king hit loosing his life. Sadly the ad hasn't really achieved much but its better than doing nothing i suppose. imo a 30 second ad wont do much to change the social problems involved with alcohol, there needs to be tougher penalties and more RSA enforcements. Its something the liquor accord need to help rein in with strict rules across the board not in certain towns alone. Alot of the new rules they are talkn about already exist in some towns, why isn't it state wide?

Steroids and recreational drugs play a big part as well as alcohol..... Lockouts might work in smaller cities or towns like Newcastle but Sydney is different.

When I was partying some 30 years ago was home in bed Pissed at 1am now the are just going out at that time....something has to be done and a long hard look at closing times will definitely help.!!!!

Lockouts and sooner closing times work, why wouldn't it work in Sydney?, no shots after 12. RSA covers alcohol but it should also cover drugs, ie a patron should be refused entry if he is showing signs of being impaired by drugs.

Great work by Greeny. The general public are sick of it and the cause needs someone like him with a high profile to ruffle some feathers with the decision makers.

The one thing where Green let him self down was him saying he didn't think the popularity of MMA/UFC has anything to do with it.

Koshy asked him that this morning on Sunrise and he went on a rant saying he has a mate that does MMA and he has never had a fight on the street.

Koshy replied saying it wasnt the fighters, its the UFC wanna be's that watch it that are the problem.

You could tell Green agreed with Koshy on that but he didn't say as much.

He should have said, yes that could be an issue and we need to get the message out that it is not ok to emulate what UFC fighters do in the ring on the street bla bla

Green has his finger in the MMA pie that's why he was sticking up for the sport..... The bloke who killed the kid last week was a try hard MMA fighter

Yeah but you could just as well blame violent movies for things like that. I don't like MMA but you can't blame the sport for the actions of a few clowns.

The words "king hit" are use too loosely. Any punch that's KOs is now referred to as a king hit :-(

Not the case. A king hit or a dog shot is when you deck a man from the side or behind when their not looking or unaware IMO

I'm back to hang with my boy prowler :happy
