Lucas Matthysee . Maidana can put you down with 1 punch , but he cant take you out with 1 punch so i would NOT say hes a one punch knockout artist .
Funny Kovalev isn't amongst most picks though I understand why - insted of his route being the prefect counter or superb speed or timing, he throws 4 or 5 five punch combos to let the finishing punch find the mark. Kovalevs aren't accumulation stoppages, but the volume in which he throws to get that 'one punch' in tends to cloud the issue.
Wladimir Klitschko. The most accomplished between the one punch knock out artists, and almost nobody has a ko percentage higher.
Thurman isn't a true one shot knockout artist. Great puncher no doubt, but he usually get stoppages through a combination of hard blows. Randall Bailey, well that guy has freakish power. He has as many one punch, knocked the **** out type stoppages as just about anyone you'll ever see.
I don't know he is so accomplished. If you mean by the length of his reign ok, but he has no great wins. Granted, that's not his fault, the division just sucks now. His punching power is undeniable though. Emmanuel Steward, whos word I hold in high regard, said he saw Wladimir knock out full size heavyweights through 20 oz gloves in the gym when the opponent BLOCKED the shot. That's some freakish power.
Makabu is a big, big puncher. Clev was smart to avoid his CW debut against Ilunga. On a side note, a must see fight IMO would be Makabu vs Mchunu which could easily be staged either in MC or the US. Big CW with smashing power against a superb defensive technician - great fight with the added ammusement of the commentary teams struggling to keep the names right.
