Mayweather will freaking kill Pacquaio in there.

Any time Cotto started boxing from the outside, countering and using technique rather than machismo, he was leading the fight. It was only when Pacquaio landed the odd punch here and there due to Cotto trying to man up and try to out bang that he lost that fight.

Must say I was impressed with Pacquaio's physical abilities at 145 - got to say the guy is as natural at 140-147 as anyone in that weight class, being that he wasn't any smaller than Cotto in there and Cotto is a pretty big welter.

But realistically, Pacquaio has no real way of beating Floyd - I think Roach knows it, thus, the fight won't happen.

Are the people who were adamant that Cotto was going to win just going to change it to 'Mayweather will definitely win' until the time comes for them to be proven wrong?

Right, and you said Cotto would beat Pacquiao. Cotto got schooled, badly. He won about two rounds of 11.

I agree with you, though: PBF beats Pacquiao.

******.... Cotto will represent the most powerful puncher Pacquaio has ever faced, one of the fastest with handspeed, one of the most complete in terms of punching arsenal and someone who represents pretty good defense until he tires, then he's a wee bit open. Cotto arguably has the best resume at 147 of any active fighter, the Margarito loss can be questioned due to the handwrap saga, but take a look at who he has faced there - Clottey, Mosley, Margarito, Judah and Quintana. that is your post LOL.... geeh, floyd couldnt even finish the blown up JMM LOL. run , floyd, run LOL

So the fight won't happen because Pac/Roach are afraid of a loss? LOL c'mon. Pac's status as an ATG is already cemented, win or lose. If anyone is afraid of losing it is the undefeated Mayweather, who has a lot more to lose than Pac.

If Pac loses to Mayweather, it's almost expected. Pac barely loses any credibility. If Floyd loses however, his aura and status takes a huuuuge blow.

Did you make an official Cotto vs Pac prediction? Link pls....and I better not see a post fight edit time either.

I'm not saying that Pac would beat PBF....matter of fact, I'm the only pinoy I know in real life that openly says that I still think PBF due to styles, would beat Pac.

The problem with you is that till this day you haven't learned ****. There is NO such thing as "One thing is for sure" in boxing and tonight is evidence of this. Anything can happen so get your head out of your ass.

"If he tires against Pacquaio, he might be in trouble" came to fruition.

Like I say, I was impressed with Pac's physical abilities at 147, the guy was a beast, he took some great shots and didn't budge, he was able to trade with Miguel in a way I didn't forsee.

I thought Miguel would rock/stun Pacquaio before Pacquaio rocked/stunned him. My prediction was around the fact that I felt Pacquaio would be small for a welter and unable to take the shots, Pacquaio is not small for a welter, well, Welters not named Margarito or Williams.

Why are people pretending Mayweather consistently throws punches? He would be very reserved, but would definitely do some effective work with the jab. However he isn't going to completely neutralise Pacquiao for 12 rounds because he likes to rely on his upper body movement too much and is simply too reserved, throwing too few punches.

It would be a VERY competitive fight.
