In other words you were completely wrong. Please stop justifying what you just did. You "thought" this, you "thought" that. Which means you were wrong. Another thing. How is there no realistic way for Pac to beat Floyd? 1 or 2 punches ain't gonna dominate Pac buddy. Nor is his running. I've always said this, Floyd needs a respectable workrate against Pac in order to surely beat him. The lack of workrate greatly increases Pac's chances of beating 'Money'. Moreso than before. Floyd dictating the pace is not as easy as you make it out to be as well. This fight showed Pac's ability to control the pace of the fight AND adjust to his opponent. The measured offensive tempo Pac showed tonight is what's needed against a fighter like Floyd. The Pacquiao who swings at his opponent without utter regard for safety is gone. This is a thinking offensive dynamo were seeing now, he picks his spots well with timing, accuracy, speed and power. Floyd would have a hard time forcing his pace upon Manny. Trust me.
I was completely wrong around the fact that I thought Cotto would hurt Pacquaio. I under-estimated Pacquaio's physical abilities and that, at the end of the day, was the reason my prediction didn't come through. Cotto hit Pacquaio early, he hit him to the body early and he found a home on Pacquaio's face throughout the fight with his strong left jab and also the right hand, but, Pacquaio's punch resistance was far greater than I expected. You don't see me saying "Cotto was ruined by Margarito, Pacquaio just beat a bum/shell" do you? I give Cotto all the credit for his performance, I feel he was as good as he was against Clottey in this fight. Cotto did what I expected from him, Pacquaio did the unexpected - Pacquaio wins.
If he does that he will be hit over and over all night.:deal You don't drop you hands against a accurate puncher like PBF.
