You do remember the first round in the first fight?:patsch

Marquez won more rounds in the first fight but the three KD's made it close, closer than the second where JMM didnt win as many rounds but he was only KD'd once. Manny only won four rounds in the second fight where as he won at least three in the first, hence making the second fight a CLEARER victory for JMM.:deal

why has that been made clear tonight?

it always has been clear that he has no buisness fighting PBF,DLH or Hatton.

maybe, if he fights a natural lightweight w/ punching power. but clearly pac can't make 130 anymore.

in a sense, pac is like erik. he can't make 130 but he's maybe too small for 135. we have to see first how his first fight at 135 will go and then make a clear judgement after that.

Pac has way, way, way more left in the tank than Morales did at 135, plus I haven't seen him badly hurt yet at either 126 or 130. Put him in with a guy who will stand right in front of him (Diaz), and I give him a decent shot at picking up a belt.

Nate Campbell is a bridge too far.

exactly. if ever he fights one of these guys, it will just be purely for exhibition/novelty purposes and a very BIG money fight. maybe he fights one of them as his very last fight of his career. who knows?

Keep in mind that Pac has pretty much been fighting guys that are moving up as well, so he has been fighting smaller guys as he moved up in weight. Marquez moved up to 130 with Pac. MAB and Erik both moved up from 122. I know that pac moved up as well, but what happens when he actaully fights a guy from the bigger weights?? He is really yet to do this. How would he fair vs a Guzman who is more of a true 130 pound guy, or a Edwin Valero. And Im talking about 130. Now your talking about moving up to 135 I dont think that he would fair well, unless of course he keeps fighting guys that are moving up with him. Could you see Pac talking a big right hand from Cambell, or standing up to the power body shots of Diaz.

Its doubtful that pac would effect those guys with his shots the way that he does the guys that move up from the smaller weights with him.

Only the few diehard fanatics would take the Hatton and DLH fight seriously...the rest will just laugh at it

yep. i do agree w/ you. pac will certainly have probs w/ natural 135-lbers. pac moved up from 112. but clearly like mab and erik, pac's best weight was @122. jmm, on the other hand, has his best weight @126. that means jmm should naturally be even bigger than pac, mab and erik. but pac's dillema now is that he has clearly outgrown 130 unlike mab and jmm who are still very comfortable at this weight.
