Definetly Mexicans! There's as many exciting Europeans as their is Americans, just most people from the US dont think there is boxing outside the US

 

To make this statement, you would have to have equal knowledge of both, which it doesn't sound like you do.

As for Mexican fighters, I always tell my roommate that any time two Mexicans are fighting, there are two certainties.

1. There will be at least one knockdown.
2. He will get up at least from the first one, even if he winds up getting knocked out from subsequent knockdowns.

 

And US fighters are just too fat to make the weight (Vargas):smoke

i know old time posters like diamonddave and marting read the euro section but they are few and far between.

a large part of it i beleive is ignorant is bliss.

heavys like boystov/chagaev/povetkin have stay in the pocket styles with power who i guarantee if more americans watched they would like and follow.

they are good pressure/box fighters with good abilty and power and better than any american prospects/title holder at the moment to watch.

you have haye/huck 2 power punching aggressive fighters at cruiserweight who are good to watch.

woods been a revalation for the last few years.

power punchers like froch/active like bute/ etc etc .

abraham is a good box/puncher to watch

dzindurek probably the best of the lot at 154 given the chance

etc etc down to feather.

for every stand up textbook boxer there is a puncher/pressure fighter champ or top 5.

if you do not like east european and european boxing in general makes me wonder why you joined the biggest east european orientated boxing forum on the net EASTsideboxing, albeit therer is now a lot more americans here than there used to be in the beginning of eastside.
