    So many on here picking Rashad. I can't see him winning but anything can happen. I think a lot of hearts ruling heads here.

    Rashad is basically a pure wrestler. cant see a guy smaller then Jones outwrestling him. Unless rashad can get him down, i dont see how he has any chance.

    The majority picked Phil Davis to KO Rashad too. There is a lot of hype overruling heads on this forum. I don;t think it's fair to say John Jones is hype at this point because he is certainly proven but when people are talking GOAT status already that is hype.

    Dude, stop talking out of your ass. Nobody picked Davis to KO Rashad. IIRC most here had Rashad winning.

    Jones is in the best position any one ever has been to go onto to become the GOAT. Young, champ already beaten most competition in his division with relative ease, big at the weight. Its hard to argue that he has any weakness at all.

    Instead of arguing about wether he could beat Prime Fedor people just need to enjoy his fights and see where he ends up in the pecking order when he retires. I love the way he fights and am looking forward to Saturday.

    Well if I don't talk out of my ass who's am I supposed to use?

    And you're right for a change. The majority did pick Evans to win however Davis had plenty of supporters some of which picked him by TKO/KO. I stand corrected but only a little.

    I don`t like either of these guys but Evans has very little shot here IMHO.

    I`m in for a Jones win.

    Ben Askren: Should be a very interesting fight. I am picking Evans by big brother effect. After spending ten years coaching college wrestling, I have seen the big brother effect so many times [little/younger brother or teammate is better but can't get past the mental block]; it makes it hard to bet against. There is no doubt when Jon Jones got to Albuquerque, Evans was better, therefore he will have the big brother effect.

    Something that has made me laugh throughout the build up to this fight has been Rashad calling Jones Arrogant :lol:
    Rashad of all people calling someone else arrogant:nut
    Rashad really needs to look at his antics to fellow fighters before labelling someone else arrogant.
    Jones is a supremely confident fighter, which is a lot different to being considered arrogant.
    And why shouldnt he be confident after the performances he has put up?

    I really hope Jones beat the **** out of Rashad and I think he will

    I wouldn't pay any attention to it mate. The UFC has to sell the fight somehow. The shits practically ECW but without the fireworks and Vince McMahon.
