So who on Calzagh'e resume is concrete above B level?

Is Lacy the first victim of what you say above? Should Lennox Lewis be given a WHOLE ton of more credit for defeating Tyson, cause a whole HEAP of ignorant fans believed he had a chance and were tipping him to win? Sorry, that's not how boxing works.

If Calzaghe had fought a legitimate great fighter, than NO ONE could say anything.

I can call anyones resume full of B fighters...But since Lacy was called great B4 he fought joe, why would he be degraded after Joe beat him??I don't think Hopkins will get beheaded...I just hope he does...also, you are right about Lewis..I liked him and still do....But how can you expect Joe to fight great fighters, when they are all labled " overhyped " only AFTER Joe beats them??

 

Kessler is definately not a B fighter IMO. Joe is very good, I just think people are not giving B-Hop enough credit

fighters by haters of Joe on here are never conidered B fighters till AFTER Joe beats them...And this fight with Hopkins is a downfall for Joe...if he beats Hop= Hop was over the hill...If Joe LOSES, the he's overhyped...see?? Joe loses no matter what...and the hate will continue

 

I'm a huge Hopkins fan, but he is going to lose. Its definatley not going to be a KO or TKO though.

 

I agree Calzaghe is gonna win, but i dont see Hopkins getting beat up(although i would like to see that happen to his racist ass). Bhop is to clever, but will be outworked, and seems to lack the firepower these days to score the shocker, although they do say power is the last thing to go...

 

You don't need firepower if you catch a guy coming in. No one is better than Hopkins at capitalizing on openings. He has studied Calzaghe through and through. I would not be surprised if Calzaghe jumps right into a punch and gets hurt.

 

hopkins suprises most of u and wins a ud......joe tries firing like always at first but a calm collected and superior hopkins eventually takes the fight out of him and gets him to slow his workrate and win a decision
