If joe does fight once more after jones, if he beats him that is then i would like to see him face one of the following..in that order.

    TAYLOR
    DAWSON
G.JOHNSON.. no one can say that joe ducked him if they fought.

I agree with Dawson and Johnson but I would rather see a rematch with Kessler than a Taylor fight. My list in order of urgency goes:
    Johnson
    Dawson
    Kessler

Kessler and Hopkins both deserve a rematch.

I think with kessler it wouldnt help joes legacy as hes already beaten hom once plus all the jc haters would say that kessler is just a european one dimmensional bum even through i rate kessler.

Id prefer to see the Dawson fight the most, the Taylor fight would prove nothing as he would have to step up to light heavyweight (as Calzaghe claims he can no longer maker super-middle) and therefore a Calzaghe win would be tarnished.

Also, i he were to beat Dawson he could properly claim to be Light heavyweight number one as he would hold belts then!

no reason to fight kessler again and G Johnson is a bad style for joe i think that would be a sloppy fight joe might be put on the back peddle to much and hell resort to alot and slap until hes red in the face and im a huge JC fan fyi

I disagree here. I feel Kessler could only heighten his legacy. Great fights enhance a legacy and Kessler-Calzaghe2 would be another war, this time in Copenhagen. I've been classed as a Joe hater however I do infact like him. I just hate him and his dad running their mouths irrationally. The people who don't rate Kessler are obvious haters and should be banned

Johnson is clearly the most dangerous fight for Joe.

Maybe your right but to generate money for that fight would be impossible from HBO american tv etc because i dont think many americans would pay to watch it. plus i do seriously think that joe will have one more fight after jones but in cardiff as a goodbye fight to all his fans. he will def fill cardiff 50,000 plus .

HBO will pick up the rematch easily and the first Kessler fight had 50,000 plus on hand. Aside from this many realize Kessler was Joes toughest fight ever.....The glaring difference, and I feel the deciding factor in the first fight was mental strength.

Dawson is about the only worthwhile fight. This is the one I wanted to see before the Jones fight was even signed, ahead of Pavlik or anybody else and with whats happened recently it looks like the correct call.

Let me get this straight. Copenhagen? Why should Calzaghe give up home advantage as the champ?
So Mayweather should come out of retirement and fight Hatton in the Uk?
    Have a word with yourself.

I would love to see this fight. It would be a tough fight for Joe but I would pick him to win.

Sorry dad, it was just an idea. So you actually believe Joe when he says hes finished? Why not fight Kessler in Copenhagen and finish off with Dawson or Hopkins in Cardiff?

I was there in cardiff watching it and the atmosphere was awsome, from a personel point of view i would like to go and see him fight one last time against one of the three i mentioned..it was a tough fight i think the turning point was round 8 when joe caught kessler with that body punch, that really hurt kessler and then joe stepped up a gear after that.
like i said i rate kessler very highly its a shame that a lot of the americans dont rate any european fighter.
