    ######EDIT######
    It's actually 4.

    And that is

Joseph Parker, Carlos Takam, Anthony Joshua, and ANDY RUIZ??

How can it be, that Andy Ruiz especially is ranked top #10 by THREE sanctioning belts?

    Anthony Joshua (WBC#2) (IBF#4) (WBO#2)
    Josheph Parker (WBC#6 (IBF#6) (WBO#1)
    Carlos Takam (WBC#5) (IBF#5) (WBO#6)
    Andy Ruiz (WBC#7) (IBF#9) (WBO#7)

Notice also that the WBA does not recognise ONE of these boxers in the top 10.

    The rest of the list

    Alexander Povetkin (WBC) (WBO)
    Bermane Stiverne (WBC) (IBF)
    Erkan Teper (WBA) (IBF)
    Alexander Ustinov (WBA) (WBO)
    Andrey Fredosov (WBA) (WBO)
    Wladmimir Klitschko (WBA) (WBO)

    Kabrat Pulev (WBC)
    Thomasz Adamek (WBC)
    Bryant Jennings (WBC)
    Malik Scott (WBC)
    Luis Ortis (WBA)
    Lucas Browne (WBA)
    Shannon Briggs (WBA)
    Fres Oquendo (WBA)
    Antonio Tarver (WBA)
    David Haye (WBA)
    Vyacheslav Glaskov (IBF)
    Steve Cunningham (IBF)
    Michael Wallisch (WBO)
    Edmund Gerber (WBO)

What is also bizarre, is that not one boxer in the top #10 of the WBC rankings is listed in the top #10 of the WBA.

How do they get this so different?

I noticed I had him in twice. So I edited it ;)

He's ranked #3 by WBA and WBO

I got the list from here
    http://www.fightnews.com/rankings-2

It seems to be accurate because I looked on the official websites too.

Looks like it's similar across other weight classes.

The organizations don't rank each other's champions. I think that might extend to even the lesser belt holders like interim and silver. Furthermore, I think the sanctioning organizations don't rank you unless you pay their fees. This makes me think that some guys don't pay them and thus avoid mandatory opponents they might be ducking. If you play your cards right you can shop around for the organization with the weakest ranked competition and then pick yourself up an easy belt. That's probably how Martin won a heavyweight belt and Danny Garcia won a welterweight belt.

That shouldn't really come into it, because if they do not rank each others champs, then they should still have the same boxers available to rank. Because they do not obviously rank their own either.

    This maybe it.

It would also explain why the WBA has a totally different top 10 to the WBC.

They're the only ones that seem to enforce mandatories (other than the WBC recently), but they often **** the up due to their **** rankings or overly strict enforcement.

It was also really bad that they stripped Fury.
