"13" seems to be a very small number but those 13 people who wanted a refund is about 19.70 percent of those who voted in that poll... Assuming we have the same percentage of disappointed buyers in the actual buys, 19.70 percent is a significant share coz if you factor that out in the 1 million PPV buys, it means around 197,000 people wanted a refund...
