Only a few in history would be able to beat the current version of Wladimir Klitschko

Golota even lost to Grant, and everybody in top 10 pretty much. Ruiz
,Brewster beat him, and old version of Golota lost to Adamek and got leveled by Austin.
Ruddock was just an awful fighter. Look at his vids on youtube, he throws a left and his right is at his waist. Mercer was good, but not great, and Mccall is also good, but not great. I think Haye would defeat most of these fighters. Peter and Brewster would also be able to beat a lot of them.

I think Lewis,Foreman and Vitaly have a chance of beating Wlad.

The first Peter fight is problematic for me, even more so than the Sanders debacle. Although you have to give Wlad credit for weathering the storm, it's hard to shake the image of how alarmingly vulnerable he looked whenever Peter put a few solid punches together. I can't recall any other great heavyweight who looked as susceptible to pressure as Wlad did that night, and that compromises my view of how he would fare in fantasy h2h match-ups.

Even with his stylistic improvements and dominance in recent years, he still hasn't proven his resiliency under fire, and the conclusion from the available evidence (Puritty, Sanders, Brewster, Peter) is that this is a major weakness. To favour him over all over great heavyweights, you would have to subscribe to the view that he would either blast out or completely shut down each opponent. Wlad isn't winning a dogfight with any great heavyweight, and there are plenty with the tools to force him into one.

I understand what you're saying but i don't think its entirely accurate. Volodymyr is very capable of doing those things and if you watch him from his amateur days until he got with Manny his defensive style involved a great deal of slipping, parrying and reflex based defense much like Vitali. It's not that he isn't capable of it but rather him and Manny's philosophy seems to have been 'why take unecessary risk'. Why should he stand in his opponents punching range and slip a punch when he can stay outside their range but still be able to land himself? Watch his fights against Mccline, Jefferson, Thompson I and i expect against Wach he has to alter his defense due to their similar size and he does.

He's A+ at controlling range and everyone would aknowledge that along with his terrific jab but most don't give him credit or notice how important his footwork is in that too, height and a jab alone doesn't able you to do what he does. He does pull straight back sometimes as do all fighters but he also circles out, or he'll pull back then circle out. Your classification of him as being one dimensional in that regard and implying that its a very exploitable flaw is inaccurate imo.

One last aspect that gets underrated and goes along with his ability to control range along with every other facet of his game is his athleticism which is very good for a HW, not just for a SHW. Byrd, Ibragimov, Chambers, Haye all talked about how their speed advantage would be a big factor and after their fights all said the same thing, he was just as fast as me.

McCall is a bad style match-up for Wlad as well. Although you'd favour Wlad to win more often that not, it's not hard to envisage a fired-up McCall doing a Sanders on him. Obviously the McCall who slept walked through most of the Bruno fight wouldn't stand a chance.
