I thinking one of the best in the game. great boxing skills but more power to keeps guys off him. But if could hit hard, say like a pacman or cotto etc, where would be in the boxing world.

His KO stat would be much higher, the only problem is with more power his style would have been different, a bit more open to being hit, If he had power he would have fought a different fight with hatton, would have needed to be mandatory to fight Khan, I didn't follow boxing when he faced Cotto so no idea how that would have panned out, I haven't saw him face Diaz either.

I think he would have alot more fans as power and boxing skills combined is obviously what everyone wants to see, particually not hardcore followers, he would have faced bigger bouts so the question you have asked is impossible to answer.

Because of my lack of knowledge towards the Diaz and Cotto fights I am going to presume he would lose them with power, If he had power he would not have been chosen to face hatton at the time he did and would have got no where near Khan, he record would stand 30-2 (23 Ko's) or something.

If he had power however there is nothing saying he wouldn't have faced Mayweather or/and Pac, both fights I think he would lose even with power.

I think the guy deserves massive respect. Has basically zero power, largely due to his brittle hands yet has managed to hang with the best in the game for the last decade.

Skills and heart clearly get you a long way.

You can't be the fastest and have devastating power. You sacrifice one for the other. UNLESS you're on PEDs like Pac.

He is feather fisted. Most of his best shots is based on technical excutions - aka good timing - catching opponents coming in or such.

Would be interesting to see a fighter like Paul to have 1-2 power.

Paulie slapped the **** out of Diaz in the rematch. It was a boxing clinic.

If opposing fighters had to respect his power, I believe he'd be a Top 10 P4P type fighter.

Go watch his fight with Cotto. There were times where Malignaggi was absolutely tooling Cotto with a broken jaw. If Paulie had power he'd be an ATG.

But thats like saying if Judah had a brain he'd be an ATG. Or if Hatton wasnt white, he'd be an ATG.

Paulie is a great boxer, a lot of heart and a fantastic chin, if he had power that his opponents were respectful and weary of then he would be extremely dangerous and hard to beat.

Got to give him props though, he's only lost to Cotto, Hatton and Khan, Cotto is a light-middleweight champion about to face Mayweather, Hatton is one of the best UK fighters who only lost to the two best of his era and Khan is a future p4p hope, the first Diaz fight was a robbery and he schooled him in the rematch.

Paulie has a career he can be very proud of, hope he gets his world title at 147, the guy deserves it, he'll school Senchenko but most likely get robbed.

There is an argument to say he would take less punishment because he wouldn't get put under pressure so much, however to a degree he would still have a poor defense imo. Its no coincidence that he appears slick from the outset, but when you watch him fight he's getting his chops busted. He drops his hands too much and fights with his head high(in the air). Think about the fights he shipped punishment in.....Cotto, Hatton, Khan. You can say a lack of power is to blame for that, but did Whitaker take that kind of punishment?
