The guy asked a question...why not just give him an answer?

 

Because if a guy can't answer even that question for himself, it's gonna take more time explaining the machinations of the boxing world to him than i'm willing to spend. So if you feel so bad for him, why don't YOU give him an answer?

 

A simple reason is the ABC's, more org's = more belts

Because with "champions" only fighting 2 or 3 times a year, it would take a contender about 6 years to get a title shot.
