    Why is this?

RJJ and Toney aren't taking **** for their losses when they are done.

People aren't calling Leonard overrated for losing to Norris.

Ray Robinson has like a bajillion losses as he aged.

Ali isn't trashed on for losing to Holmes and Berbick.

Hagler isn't trashed on for those losses he had as a green fighter.

    Could go on and on.

Because Mayweather fans are occasionally wackjobs with a bizarre perception of the sport.

I'm a Manny fan, but I thought to myself, you don't even have to be a Manny fan to see something weird about this.

Everybody else in boxing seems to have it understood. Fighters have a stretch where it's money time. Those are the fights that if you lose, really matter. The others not so much.

Except for Manny Pacquiao. Who could take a loss at 97 years old and still have people throwing him under the bus.
