I'm not in the UK, but I think Whyte would KO Wilder.

No one wants to see Whyte against Wilder, everyone wants AJ Wilder.

Whyte is just fringe world level- has losses already against AJ and Chisora. Wilder would knock him out.

So come on lets see Wilder-AJ and stop messing us around.

I don't even think they really believe that. They just want Joshua to prolong the Wilder fight since he is the biggest threat

Whyte is Top 5 unless you're a hater and he's mandatory.

Although, honestly, I'd rather see unification.

In this case it will be incredible lucky punch, a "miracle" that occurs in HW about once in ten years like Tyson vs Douglas or Lewis vs. Rahman.

Wilder is no where near as good as Tyson or Lewis!

Whyte will knock him out if they ever fight. Deontay has been cautiously matched for a reason.

But Wilder will avoid Whyte, and fight another faded old man or chinny journeyman. Perhaps he'll fight Lucas Browne, now that he's older, slower and has been already been knocked out.

And Wilder will never fight Joshua, except perhaps to cash out in a few years time.

No, if he beats a tough prime boxer like Whyte, and a dishonest referee doesn't give him extra time to recover, he'll deserve some credit.

But he's never fought a prime top ten heavyweight. He's avoided Whyte in the past, and avoided Dominic Breazeale, Joseph Parker, Alexander Povetkin, Carlos Takam, etc. and instead fought chinny guys like Szpilka and shot fighters like Arreola and Lyakhovich.

It wouldn't surprise me if Wilder's management has VADA find a microscopic trace of something in Whyte, so Deontay has an excuse to avoid him.

I've never thought Whyte beats Wilder, still don't. But Whyte looked better than I have seen him before. Where before I thought Wilder would just easily KO him, now I think Whyte would be dangerous with his jab, pressure and counter punching.

Wilder doesn't need to fight Whyte as long as he fights AJ next. The AJ unification is the fight everyone wants next. But if the AJ fight isn't next then Whyte has earned his shot with the Browne win, that's better than anything on Breazeale's record who is the other possible mandatory. Also Whyte is the biggest fight available to him, no other fight brings more money other than AJ. Wilder could make $5 mill easily to face Whyte, $2 mill from Showtime, $3 mill plus from UKTV.

But lets be realistic. Whyte isn't a Haymon fighter like Ortiz was and Breazeale is, Breazeale is a far more likely next opponent if Wilder/AJ can't be made next.

Nobody thinks Whyte would beat Wilder. But it would have been a logical built-up for AJ vs. Wilder because Wilder is unknown in the UK. If he knocked out Whyte in front of 20,000 it would have lifted Wilder's brand value in the UK.

Or they could ban another common but non enhancing substance then find traces of it and accuse Dillian as a ped cheater. Problem solved.

Being a mando for a title shot means nothing these days, i guess.

But then again, when was the last time WBC enforced any mando fights (fights that would make them lots of money do not count here. Example, Canelo - Golovkin)
