The problem with marinating is you get in trouble if u use tainted meat.

I'm of the opinion that Wilder gets in the ring ASAP with Whyte....to outdo Joshua vs the same opponent. Whyte looked quick last night only because the other guy had hands slower than a glacier. He had Joshua in trouble before going down. If Wilder gets in the ring with Whyte he'll prove 2 things 1) finally a top ten pelt on his record and 2) a quicker ko than Joshua. Would mean a lot in negotiations .

Not so. US boxing fan here, 35 years of following the sport, and I've never seen a fighter as fraudulent as Wilder rise to the top ranks of the HW division.

He's got a glass jaw, as Nichols and Sconiers showed, and that fragile mandible will be shattered by Dillion Whyte. Wilder will be taking a canvas nap just like Lucas Browne.

Of course yes, Wilder is worse than Tyson or Lewis. But in fight with Whyte he will be an obvious favorite as Tyson or Lewis were in their fights

I'm not a fan of Wilder, but all of this conversations about "extra time to recover" it' complete bull****, first of all it wasn't "dishonest referee" it was a "dishonest doctor".
Secondly Wilder during the 8th round looked like a zombie, Ortiz had three minutes for finish off Wilder. And this extra seconds was nothing, and besides, Ortiz also needed time for recovery.

I think Deontay would handily beat Whyte but it would be fun while it lasts!

Yeah because that's how it works. Triangle theories really work in boxing.

If Whyte is an easy night's work for Wilder and he's been offered very good money to box him, why wouldn't he? The main downside would be if he lost the fight and with it also lost his belt and negotiating position with Joshua. But it's an easy fight apparently, so go for it Deontay....

UK fan.Wilder will probably KO Whyte....But Whyte is a young fighter, brimming with confidence and dangerous.
Wilder won't fight him unless forced to. To much of a risk before his cash out fight with AJ.

Whyte’s a good fighter, when you consider the current crop of heavyweights. I’d wager that Wilder wins, but I don’t think it’ll be plain sailing for him. I’d expect him to get outboxed for large parts of the fight.

Washington and Spilzka didn't outbox anyone lmfao. Duhaupus actually gave Wilder a tough and better fight.

Oh thank god! I was really beginning to think all American boxing fans (excluding myself) had lost there minds, Wilder is still the guy fighting Gerald Washington (and losing every round until the KO) he's still the guy in his 38th fight rematching Stiverne (which no one wanted to see again.) Dude fights cans for 39 fights, and finally steps up against a top 10 opponent nevermind he's old as dirt and didn't really have a resume against anyone really proven himself, and now it's like being in the Twilight Zone on the subject.
