Hatton did not use any defense, but Pac still deserves lots and lots and lots of credit.

i agree just because your super popular it dont give you the right to top the bill as what hapens is what happened
in the mgm grand garden arena v manny.,totally outclassed he cant even keep his chin tucked in tight like the proper way,say look at cotto his chin is always tucked i with eyes starinan just leap in chin out winging punches stupidly,it soon became obvios he had no tactics an was like a pub team playing man utd thats how huge the gulf in class was.hatton is as good as guys like micky warde, arturo gatti brawlers but not elite fighters.

Roach is always right by saying Ricky doesn't belong in the same ring with Pacquiao... Plus Roach predicted a 3rd round KO and he will be angry at PAC if it doesn't end by that time...:D

Well said,i think Ricky hatton lost that fight in round 1,when he came out to round 2,he was NOT fully recovered,When you have been down TWICE in round one, your gameplan and everything isn“t in play...You are confused,in panic, and then you are an easy target..
THIS IS NOT AN EXCUSE,because Pacman knew EXACTLY what to do..
And did it!! It was a great win for pacman.
Hatton got the worst start ever,Manny got the best start ever.
But to say that Ricky hatton is shot or should retire is taking it to far IMO.
He lost on a quik KNOCK OUT.
IMO he can still be in some great fights.:good

    Wow.....

He reverted to type and didn't show any improvement from the Malignaggi fight. He lost against the best boxer on the face of the planet.

Plus, it's not okay for Hatton to make these statements but somehow fine for Johnny Shitshine to create a thread in which they describe Hatton as a "bum".
