it seems to me that people under pressure say things they don't mean. But when you say things of big importance IN PUBLIC you have to stand by them. that seems to be the problem with floyd, he's not quite with it at the mo.

going into a fight with someone so hungry with this mindset can't be a good thing .

So whats you opinion on Manny saying that he agreed to no cut off date, that he would blood test in the 6th rd if he had to? And now go back to saying Mayweather is not the commission and I want a 14 day cut off?

I would love to hear your opinion on this.

Got a vid of him saying that? Not saying he didn't say that , especially if he said it after Floyd backtracked. Turnabout and all that. But I haven't seen him say that again.

Hey guys, don't be too harsh on Floyd, can't you see he's suffering from a disease called... "short term memory loss"!!!:rofl

and his condition is becoming serious,, next time he would say "I never demanded for a drug testing, don't put words in my mouth!" :rofl

I posted a video already earlier in this thread on him saying that he agreed to no cut off date. The reporter asked him like 3 times with a emphasis on no cut off date. He stated that he agreed to no cut off date.

The 6th rd comment was from a Filipino news paper or something like that. I don't know if there is a video of it but there was an article on it. It was a hot topic when it first came out with fans claiming that Pac agreed to the testing with no cut off and when Mayweather heard that he ran to vacation. Then Konz came out on Pac-Mosley 24/7 stating they agreed to 7 days. Then in the latest interview Konz is claiming they agreed to 14 days while Pac is claiming that Mayweather isn't the commission.

    Found it

I would like the same people hating on Mayweather at every turn on this topic to give there opinions Manny's contradictions. Why aren't you creating threads on this as well.

That's the difference I can come on hear and make these type of threads all day but I don't because im not looking to hate on Pac. I just want these guys to resolve this issue and make a great fight.

I was actually asking about whether Pac actually backtracked as opposed to someone backtracking on his behalf. Kon says a lot of things, but I've always believed that his words are as reliable as any typical PR guy.

I suspect the difference is that Pac, at best, is backtracking on terms of a contract, whereas May is backtracking on whether or not he's going to pursue a fight with Pac. But I'm just guessing.

Pac did backtrack or he would have just said the same thing. I accepted full testing no cut off date I am just waiting for Mayweather. There would be no need to talk about him not being the commission. Konz stated it right in front of Manny as well that they only want 14 days. Why didn't Manny correct him and state no I am willing to accept no cut off?

Fair enough, but I think May's interest in pursuing a fight and Pac's willingness to test are both linked to each other. I also think that they have been silently negotiating behind the scenes which is why they both seemed to get on the defensive out of know where. Something had to spark this sudden outburst between the 2. Hopefully they can come to a compromise.

I'm no mind reader, but maybe you're just asking me to make an educated guess...

Ever haggle when buying a car? You and the salesman go back and forth until you settle on a price. Then the salesman says he's gonna talk to his supervisor for final approval. Subsequently, the salesman comes to you and says that he almost got fired when he told his supervisor about the agreement and gives you a new number, so now you have a new starting point of negotiations that was higher than the initial starting point. So you both haggle again and come up with a new, higher agreed upon number, and the salesman tells you he's gonna get final approval from his supervisor. Now if you're really gullible, he's gonna come back and say the car dealer himself was in the office at the time hewent in to his supervisor's office and almost fired the salesman and his supervisor even thinking about coming in with such a tiny number. A 3rd round of negotiations ensue with a new, even higher haggle number. And so on.

Great thing about not revealing who one side's the real decision maker is during a negotiation is that it gives that side a lot of room for subterfuge. And yeah, I suspect neither side (Floyd and Pac) is being honest here.

    No argument there.
