I'm dissapointed with Vitali getting involved. It was Wlad Haye called out all along. It was Wlad's head Haye was holding in that photoshopped montage. It was Wlad Haye was stalking in shopping centers. It was Wlad's fights Haye discredited on Setanta with Steve Dunce lovingly catching every word. It was Wlad's job to go out there and shut the brits mouth. Now Vitali steps in out of the blue. Thus empowering Wlad haters to further accuse him of "ducking" Haye. I bet this was a surprise move on Vitali's part even for his brother. All in all, I'm disappointed. If I where Wlad i'd hate my bro for that.

Haye said he wanted either of the Klitchkos & he went so far as to throw a magizine on the table in front of Vitali, basically throwing down the gauntlet to fight. Do any of you blame Vitali for accepting the challenge? VK deserves a big payday vs. Haye and vise versa.

    What's the problem again?

The dream come true but now it is time to retired. Vitalis time was in 2005. Now it is Wladimirs time. Wladimir stepped aside and let Vitali box for the WBC.

I believe Wladimir loves his brother too much, but now Vitali should let Wladimir fight Haye in the summer.

I blame Vitali for taking the food out of Wlad's mouth. I'm blaming Vitali for giving Wlad bashers another excuse to accuse him of ducking Haye and hiding behind his brothers back. All this time Haye was stalking Wladimir, namely. Vitali is denying Wlad the chance to call Hayes challenge. I'd be pretty pissed at my bro, as I said.

    Right on the spot!

  6. The fight was Haye/Wlad... This is a case of the Klit's wanting to save their dual reign - thinking Vitali is more likely to win. The real fight is Haye/Wlad - and everyone knows it. If haye beats Vitali, then how the hell does Wlad expect to win?

Neither fight is the real one becuase Haye is unproven. The real fight is a Klitschko vs. the other belt holder Valuev or Chagaev. Haye is out of the picture. He has not done anything major besides agin Mormeck. He has not earned such a big fight.

Chris Byrd beat Vitali. How the hell did Wlad expect to win against him? I'm also at a loss.

Did it occur to you that they aren't twins?

  9. Different style of fight - Vitali has all the tools to nullify Haye (his power and speed), without being vulnerable himself. Wlad is a very slow starter, very scared to engage, and has a weak chin. Haye beating Vitali or not, he still will beat Wlad because Haye isnt afraid to engage.

It was lack of speed that cost Vitali his fight against Byrd whom he couldn't hit cleanly. It was lack of speed that saw Vitali lose a round to Hide. It was lack of speed that wouldn't let Vitali get a clean punch in against Hoffman - not the slickest of all boxers I'd say. I will ask again - are you sure you're not confusing the brothers? As it's common knowledge that speed is certainly not one of Vitali's assets. It's one of Wlad's assets in fact, and that's common knowledge as well.

It was Wladimir's speed that saw him easily cruise to victory against a young slickster in Byrd (with two knockdowns along the way). It was Wlad's speed that saw him achieve a seemingly effortless victory over the fast Ibragimov, who simply couldn't catch up with him. (It's also common knowledge that Ibragimov is fast, in case you didn't know). The list goes on.

So you're saying speed and power are the needed tools to be successful against Haye. Wladimir has both. Turns out what you are really suggesting is that Wlad looks to be the more dangerous opponent for Haye out of the two brothers.

Haye has a weak chin. Floored by Mormeck (slow plodding cruiser), Mock (middleweight nobody), Thompson (old cruiser), and admittedly hurt by "Two water guns" Barrett (he said so himself). So we have two guys with weak chins. One opts not to engage, the other jumps in like crazy. Who's more likely to win? The guy who carefully defends his weak chin or the guy who sticks his weak chin out to be hit?

Ususally I think Scoop is one of the biggest nuthugging KLIT-ites around.

However in this particular case his fandom is of such an exteme nature that he has come full circle...he loves WLAD so much he is able to see ViTKLiT for what he is and what he has done, to both his brother and the division.

So far the only memorable fight WLAD has had was Peter, and maybe the grossly physically overmatched Byrd. ViTKLiT is certainly not helping matters.
Great fights are something that is always considered when reflecting upon a fighter's legacy.
