I am currently just under 13 stone...... Having seen photos of me when I left school in 2002, I have now (finally) decided to get rid of the excess and try to get down to 147lbs. Gone are the crisps, chocolate and takeaways... I have behaved over Christmas and not put on any weight. Today the training started (with a shocking hangover) Two mile run.

1/2 mile swim before work After work 25mins on the treadmill @ 11.5kph 5mins @ 6.5kph 25mins cycle on climb and descent setting, level 10 5mins cycle cool down, level 6 Various weights This is my schedule for this week. No crisps or chocolate - probably allow myself a can of beer a day from Thurs PM thru to Sunday.
