Opetaia already left Fury camp after just 5 rounds

    I am thinking among those lines too. Opetaia has been in the Fury camp for a while now and they only sparred 5 rounds so far? Doesn’t sound real.

    Yeah, it doesn't add up at all. Belly considers himself a master of mind games and this is just more from him

    Yeah this is probably it plus i can't find any of those rumors or if there's any truth to them.

    He was signed on to help Fury before the Briedis fight was finalised.

    Fury sparred Opetaia.

    Usyk's main sparring partner is Mariusz Wach.

    Even if it was only five rounds, I think Fury got the better work. ;)

    Fury has diminished so much due to his unhealthy lifestyle and avoiding all the big challenges during his career and then his the trilogy with Wilder hasn’t helped,it seems he’s completely shot now and all Usyk has to do is just show up and he’s automatically Undisputed Champion. :rolleyes:

    Where did i say what happen in sparring matters? As for AJ, there is big rumours that he was already concussed or at least KD going into the Ruiz 1 fight. And something wasn't alright with AJ, and we see the burst between AJ father and Hearn that night, so something wasn't alright.
    But who knows.

    You almost got me in there, but Itauma really ? Are we talking about the guy with 22 wins against completely nobody, with just 10 wins inside the bell ? And most are RSC actually. :D

    UK fighters has to be the most overhyped fighters nowadays in all of Boxing. And Usyk going to chin the most overrated one of them all comes February 17th.

    And please stops with the excuses. Fury had 12 weeks camp and was confirmed he didn't looked any worst in the camp compare to his previous ones, and he was as good as his previous camps. There was nothing wrong with him, and he didn't underestimate anyone.
    Fury is just a hypejob, always was.

    Don't see how it doesn't add up.

    Opetaia vs Briedis wasn't signed when Opetaia went to Saudi to spar Fury, so they weren't sure it was gonna happen yet. Opetaia probably did one sparring session with Fury and soon after that the Briedis fight got finalized, so then he left the Fury camp to focus on his own.

    Yes, because Aj has never been sparked in sparring and had many rumours attached to being dropped etc

    That’s the point of this whole thread though isn’t it - you literally say Fury hasn’t a prayer (you seem to using the supposed sparring as evidence for this).

    Stop with the excuses, Wilder didn’t look right in the second Fury fight - doesn’t mean he stood a chance. Joshua lost to Ruiz because he massively underestimated him and made a terrible decision.
