Assuming we are taking the best versions of McCallum at 154 & 160 lbs, how does he do vs the best of these guys at the weights mentioned..... Wilfred Benitez (154 lbs) Chris Eubank (160 lbs) Felix Trinidad (154 lbs) Oscar Delahoya (154 lbs) Bernard Hopkins (160 lbs) Roy Jones (160 lbs) Who does he beat & who beats him ? :think
He beats Benitez,De La Hoya,Eubank and Trinidad. Hopkins would be 50/50. And Jones wins a close controversial split decision win.
Jones beats him, even at 160 I'd say. Hopkins-McCallum would be brilliant, but I'd favor Nard. Mike beats the rest comfortably, with Eubank doing best but falling short all the same.
This is closest to the way I see things I think, the Hopkins & Jones fights I wasn`t sure of but I favoured him over the rest. I might make him (at his 160 lb best) a favourite over Hopkins, close fight though. Jones is a tough call, he was better at 168 IMO but I suppose that works both ways as McCallum was better at 154.... I think McCallum-Jones would be controversial with opinions split a bit like the SRL-Hagler fight, maybe a split decision in favour of the more flashy combinations of Roy Jones, certainly no domination though.
He beats them all. Hopkins is a close fight. I'd say Hopkins is a slight favourite. Jones kalambays him.
