It is for a debut. The only fighter recently who has had a similar level of opposition for their debut is Galal Yafai. Look at the some of the fighters other top prospects have debuted against. Burgos has never been stopped so Cruz will likely go the 10-round distance in his debut which is really risky. Burgos also drew to a good Mexican prospect Angel Fierro last year.
