Very good all around fighter. Excellent hand speed, endurance, movement and respectable power. Beterbiev would be an absolute war. Toss up imo.

Both lose to The Nail though.

I think hes special, the best former Soviet LHW on the scene and I think he definitely beats all but maybe Alvarez.

Well he is a very talented fighter. Very fast, a very good counter puncher, hits hard, but he does look like a small light heavyweight and that may come into effect against the aforementioned Gvozdyk & Beterbiev.

The Nails the one..But I think Beterbiev might break Bivol up late as good as he is. The Nail outboxes Beterbiev imo

Arguably the best fundamentals today. Would like to see him tested under real pressure.

He seems a bit too weak for Beterbiev for me, could be wrong though !

IMO he embarrassingly boxes BeterbIevs balls off. Gvozdyk and Alvarez are the only ones I currently see giving him some trouble but would still favor Bivol. But frame wise he is tiny, especially compared to Gvozdyk. If Gvozdyk starts finding a consistent home with that straight right Bivol gets poleaxed.

I probably rate Gvozdyk then Bivol then Alvarez, Alvarez has a good win over Kov but would favor Gvozyk and Bivol

If Alvarez improves on his performance in the Kov rematch, maybe I'll rate him at 2nd

Damn good! Needs to go down to 168 and clean up the division! Then back to LHW for a mega showdown with Gvozdyk.

He's arguably the most naturally talented & silky smooth fighter at 175. Lovely foot work.. He maybe lacks power a little & isn't the biggest guy though. I think we may see him at 168 at some point..

Nice guy too. Full respect to him. I enjoy following his career.

I'd love to see Bivol v Smith & Gvozdyk.

I think he is solid, but I think that he is not really great at creating traps and setting up openings when he has his opponents in a shell. He seems to go in at one speed and then resets his offense and does the same things again and again. But saying that, like many of the EE contenders/prospects he is being fast tracked so they have less time to learn on the job - unlike the PBC roster, who seem like they are never gonna get out of high school and graduate into the upper classes of the sport.
