I've only seen him against Arslan; in this fight he didn't use his jab at all.

Jones' defence is non-existant; he seems to have to great chin though.
Adamek-Jones would be a certain FOTY candidate. In this fight Adamek would have to BOX, otherwise Jones would wear him down and - maybe - stop him late.

Guillermo Jones/Wayne Braithwate fight was a very fun fight to watch... I dont feel like keepin count on how many times I brought up that fight on here... I'll count later... But I've seen Jones a couple times... Adamek would have a tough time with him... That fight might be more entertaining than Adamek/Cunningham and thats saying something...

As for the division, it needs that exposure... It has the fighters.. There's Mormeck, Enzo, Braithwate, Tokarev, Alexeev, Huck, Godfrey, Banks, Herrera, Hide... You match any of the 2 against each other you got a action fight.... Think of all the Cruiserweight fights that we've had with top fighters fighting each other...

    Mormeck-Braithwate
    Mormeck-Bell 1 and 2
    Mormeck-Haye
    Haye-Macca
    Adamek-Cunningham
    Jones-Braithwate
    Jones-Arslan
    Enzo-Braithwate

Think about wat all those fights have in common........

I have one. It was an out and out robbery. Nelson just laid on the ropes for almost the entire fight while Jones came straight ahead and strafed him with shots.

I admire Nelson as a defensive fighter, he's a very good one, but this fight was a joke. Jones clearly won.

I admit I thought Arslan would UD him - I wasn't sure how much Guillermo had left in the tank since it was about 3 years since he'd had a world-level opponent. As it turns out, I was pleasantly surprised by his performance in that fight and it's good to see he has some fire left in him. I hope he gets a big fight or two made because the only real question mark I had on him was inactivity - Guillermo's a fun fighter to watch and a fight with Adamek would be pure fireworks.

Jones landed so many uppercuts that even I started to feel the effects. Jones put up a great fight, Arslan, usually the aggressive fighter with good stamina was beat to the punch all night.

Jones is a pretty much underrated fighter. A fight vs. Adamek or Alexeev would be huge.
