Opinions on this top 10 Light Flyweight list.

I'm currently more impressed with Yuh on film than Gushiken, but my opinion may vary when I've seen more of Yoko. At this stage, I know Yuh defended his titles more times against the same level of competition Yoko was often facing, so I'm content to have him in fourth at the moment. This might just be a case of me having to see more Gushiken though, so don't shoot me down.

 

If when I watch more Chang I don't think he's as good as you guys say he is, I'll be the first to speak up. There's still no case for Yuh being above him based on their resumes alone.

Still, the highlight I'm making of him is epic. He put on a dazzling display of talent against Gamez in the rematch.

 

I was scared to say it before because I thought people would just laugh at me, but Yuh could do everything. The way he stayed in the pocket, ducked and rolled his way out of punches was reminiscent of some of the best defensive fighters of all time. His counterpunching was sublime. Darting out of range by a hair, and then firing off a blazing fast three punch combination to the head of his opponent who would be walking into the punches with the momentum of their own attack. I've seen it done frequently during his title reign. When he was at his best, he had the capacity to to be super offensive and land at a very high rate, whilst still remaining elusive and not taking anything big in return. It was pretty damn impressive.

I don't think Chang stops him. I've seen Yuh go hammer and tong with opponents for 15 high paced rounds and not even look tired, and although he never fought a Chang before, he just had the toughness and stamina that would see him to the lend. Likewise, someone else mentioned it before, I think Yuh would have gone into the fight with a point to prove to his country.

 

:good It was really nice to see someone really impressed with Yuh like I am. I think the highlight I'm making of him is going to turn heads to be honest.
