    Hi guys

An athelite friend of mine recommends the above product and to be honest i have never heard of it. What he has told me sounds good just wondered if any of you guys have heard of it and if its any good and can you take it with carnitine.

    Thanks for the help :D

Yeah it's awesome. Best taken without any natural foods and in combination with guarana, creatine, carnitine, no-xplode and some special ultra super uber meal replacement. But remember no actual food that will make you fat. What you need is supplements for energy.

It's normally obtained by metabolising food but perhaps your "athlete" friends have a more modern and sciency feeling solution for you.

Yes. It will set you on fire and magically burn your fat. There is no need to expend energy like you normally would to get rid of an energy store like fat tissue. But then again it's only natural fat, what about the unnatural fat in your body?

I have lungs for that, they stick oxygen to an iron atom in a substance called hemoglobin and transport it throughout my blood into my muscles. Optygen is probably much better, all this blood and lungs crap is likely very outdated.

Christ I'm such a caveman I always thought rest reduced tiredness, together with the recuperative capabilities of the human body and the chemicals found in the natural foods that we have adapted to over the course of millions of years.

We're all still in the dark ages I guess.

You don't want advice you just want a magic quick fix instead of actually solving the problem. If I am mistaking then sorry for the sarcasm but your posts on the subject so far did my head in.

You've been told what to do... sort your diet, but you don't agree. If you want to carry on ignoring that advice and continue crying because of the nasty people on the interwebs then go ahead.

man, you keep asking about supplements...

EVEN IF a supplement fixes the problem (which it more than likely wont by the way), it's like a band aid trying to cover up an amputed finger. It will only sort the problem temporarily, you need to find the ROOT CAUSE of the problem.

To find the root cause, try doing what i suggested in your last thread (which you didn't both to respond wheather you would or not). Make a training, food and sleep dairy for a week. Then post that, and let people take a look at it.
